Disappointed. Pay cuts and return-to-office mandates
The best reason to work here used to be flexible remote work.
Up until now, employees have been able to work remotely. Now, we are being mandated to go back to the office and also with pay cuts. Company morale is probably at an all-time low.
Make data-driven decisions and listen to what your employees want. This marks an all-time low for Clio.
