Pros: Shift allowance and weekend allowance are good.
Weekend allowance is 14k INR.
Cons: No proper management. As a COE/Senior COE, you have to work like a laborer. Whose ever mistake it is, your manager will make you a scapegoat in front of everyone (Cloudera Management, Customers).
Whatever I used to escalate to my manager, his reply was always the same: "Somehow you need to manage / Somehow you need to run the show."
The company doesn't bother about the quality of work; they need only the quantity of issues you resolve.

Pros: Lots of learning opportunities with the latest technologies. Senior employees are very helpful.
Decent CTC with free lunch, dinner, and snacks. Good shift allowance.
Cons: Nothing as of now. Seems all good till now.
