Process
I started with a phone interview, and many of the questions were open-ended. Of the ones that were open-ended, I answered them correctly, but to no avail. I'm not sure if the manager was new, but the process seemed very cursory. Every now and then, I check the ticker, and it puts a smile on my face that I didn't proceed further.
