The interview process consisted of:
- Contact from an internal recruiter.
- A technical phone interview.
- A second technical phone interview.
- Discussions and coaching with the recruiter.
- An interview with the director.
- An onsite interview with the director, a project manager, and a current solutions architect at Cloudera.
Overall, it was a great team of people and an awesome interview experience. I am very excited to be working there!

Pros: Incredible market opportunity.
Open leadership with strong integrity.
Lots of career growth.
Cons: I've read a lot of the negative reviews. They mostly boil down to what you would expect from a company trying to conquer a market: crazy growth, shifting expectations, ambiguity, stiff competition, and impatience around the IPO.
Does it feel like a finger in the eye sometimes? Absolutely.
Ultimately rewarding? Probably.
