Five interviews were conducted:
- Two remote technical
- Two on-site technical
- One on-site managerial non-technical
A HackerRank coding test was administered, consisting of:
- Three coding questions
- One paragraph question
I initially thought it was unusual for a coding test to be used to evaluate a tenured, non-development role, but it worked out in my favor.

What is VM swappiness and how does it affect Hadoop performance?
Describe the consulting process.
Implement and manipulate a linked list in your choice of programming language.
