Worst experience ever I had. Never join Cloudera as a COE/Senior COE position
Shift allowance and weekend allowance are good.
Weekend allowance is 14k INR.
No proper management. As a COE/Senior COE, you have to work like a laborer. Whose ever mistake it is, your manager will make you a scapegoat in front of everyone (Cloudera Management, Customers).
Whatever I used to escalate to my manager, his reply was always the same: "Somehow you need to manage / Somehow you need to run the show."
The company doesn't bother about the quality of work; they need only the quantity of issues you resolve.
Make your product stable before release to market and ask honest feedback from a COE/Senior COE on their work-life balance. Hire more resources on the development side rather than pressuring a COE/SCOE.
