- Good perks and hikes.
- Good awards and bonuses.
- You would learn a lot on Hadoop and recently on CDP advancement. You would get exposure to AWS and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Manager appreciation.
- Work-life balance. Cloudera is one of the companies that has awarded two mandatory "unplug" leaves, apart from casual and sick leaves, during lockdown. It truly cares about employees.
- Cab and internet reimbursement.
- Of course, free food and lots of parties.
- Work from home benefits.
- Good weekend and public holiday benefits.
- The company will also award shares/RSUs, which is an indirect saving.
Ah, no, I can say.
Keep doing the good work. The company under Rob has excelled to great heights. The share price has jumped from $5 to $14, which is around 3 times after CDP adoption.
