What I know is that the company provides a wealth of learning resources for employees in technical positions. These resources include O'Reilly, Udemy, and some Cloudera internal learning materials websites.
Employees in technical positions can also relatively independently choose the technical direction of their career development according to their interests and the business content they are responsible for.

It is recommended that management reduce the investment in launching the new internal system and listen more to the voice of the employees.
