Total lack of respect from interviewers. I was approached through LinkedIn some months ago. I replied, agreeing to an interview, and then I was ghosted.

More recently, they approached me again. I agreed a second time for an interview, and the interview was scheduled, but no one showed up. I waited 20 minutes, and nothing.

I sent emails to the recruiter and to the interviewer, who was the hiring manager, and received no responses at all. After one day, I followed up, and still, there was silence.

I wonder if they handle recruiting processes this way; then, on a day-to-day basis, employees must be treated with nothing but disrespect.

They did not appear for the interview.
