Nice office. Millions of free customers. Sense of tension rocks. Favoritism from the CEO and retribution is great. Inappropriate friend relationships with the exec team do not seem positive for the culture.
This is one of the worst company environments in tech. Don't take it from me. Read a few reviews.
The CEO is a deadly combo of arrogance and insecurity, and the entire executive team is afraid of him.
So, nothing much good happens here.
Get a new CEO.
Define the mission and be honest with employees about the likelihood of an equity event.
