Process
The recruitment process is strange and surprisingly unorganized.
In my case, the job was open, but they weren't ready for recruitment (#1 red flag).
It took a month to schedule a technical call. I was told in an email that it would be HackerRank, but at the beginning of the interview, I was asked to share my screen and compile some code (#2 red flag).
During the interview, I was allowed to Google and search, but not to examine code samples (an unrealistic scenario).
As it appears they weren't satisfied with my skills, they cancelled the rest of the meeting without warning or sending me an email. I noticed it wasn't on my calendar two hours before the interview began.
