Process
The interview process began with an initial call with the hiring manager.
This was followed by a quick technical screening with an engineer.
If the candidate passed the screening, they proceeded to a day-long panel of technical and cultural interviews (virtual due to COVID).
Once a candidate was selected, there was a debrief with the recruiter.
Finally, the process concluded with a call with a C-suite executive.
