I applied online, and the hiring manager directly emailed me. The interviews were set up pretty quickly, within a week. The interviewers were from different countries, and I also adjusted my schedule, like having early morning interviews, etc.

After a week of back-to-back onsite interviews, I reached out to HR for feedback. Every time, HR would say she just pinged the hiring manager, but then there was no response after that.

Almost four weeks of following up regarding the onsite, but they do not respond to any of your emails or just get back saying they are still waiting for the manager to reply.

It's really disappointing to see that HR and the recruitment team have no basic ethics or respect towards the candidates. It looks like ghosting candidates has become quite normal.
