A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had 3 interviews with them before they ghosted me, which I found quite unprofessional, especially given that they initiated the conversation. It would be really funny if a representative responded to this review, rather than to my email.

My interview with their engineering manager was positive. I enjoyed our conversation, and he seemed like a great person to work with.

If you're interviewing for the SRE position, make sure you ask why it is called SRE and which concepts of SRE they actually apply. I was taken by surprise when the "technical interview" consisted of basic Linux Administration questions, which made me wonder if they're looking for Linux Administrators instead.

The hiring experience was hectic and disorganized, with broken communication inside and outside the organization.

For the technical interview, keep your expectations very low. Practice very, very basic Linux commands, like adding a user to the system, especially if you haven't done that for a while.

Make sure you don't bring up the negative Glassdoor reviews to the interviewer; you risk being ghosted, like I was.
