I received an email from Cloudflare HR in their US office regarding an opening in Singapore.
I confirmed my availability and waited for the scheduled call. I had provided my cell and Skype IDs.
However, the interviewer never showed up. I reported this to the HR person at their US office, who then scheduled another round with the SAME person.
And guess what? It was yet another no-show from the interviewer.
I had seen similar feedback about the company earlier, and now I have a personal experience.
If the interviewer doesn't have the time to conduct an interview, or if there's a disconnect between the HR person and the interviewer, one can only assume what lies ahead for the candidate.
Good luck with their Singapore office. Perhaps this is the norm at Cloudflare.
Fortunately, I didn't have to go through this process.
