Systems Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - Singapore

Process

People are quite nice and very friendly, but the recruiting process needs improvement.

I went through a phone interview with a team member, an on-site interview (10:15 am - 4:30 pm) with multiple team members, and then had another phone interview with one of the bosses. I was also scheduled to speak with the CEO.

The issue was that they had decided not to move forward with my application days before the scheduled call with the CEO but did not inform me earlier. I had to prepare and wait for the call. I was only informed about the cancellation after I emailed them.

I am fine with not receiving an offer, but I wish they had been more professional and prompt in keeping shortlisted applicants informed about their application status and next interview schedules.

Overall, it was a good experience.
