The scheduling process occurred very quickly after I uploaded my resume. There was no phone screen.
I was immediately scheduled for two 30-minute interviews. One interview consisted of generic scenario/behavioral questions, and the second focused on detailed project management questions. I was able to answer everything accordingly, and their replies indicated that they liked my answers.
However, after waiting a few days, I was declined. I think you really have to show that you are a fan of cryptocurrency, but I'm not sure. I'll reapply after a few months, I guess.
