Initial screening: They give you two tests.

1. Behavioral + Quant test: This test is more about culture fit, which makes you answer over 100 questions. The Quant test is simple.
2. Coding tests: These are more like implementing a subsystem and not really DSA/LeetCode style.

The process up to this point was very transparent. However, after spending 3+ hours on the tests, you receive a rejection and never get to know the reason, which is the bad aspect. You get a standard reply and are told to re-apply after 6 months. Sure!

The behavioral, simple quant, and coding round involved implementing a LLD problem.
