Horrible experience.
I didn't get a chance to take a technical assessment because I had to take a workplace/personality assessment they call COINsight.
I describe it below, but I "failed" it. This is despite all the questions being very opinion-based and subjective. I wasn't given any feedback from the recruiter about what they were looking for.
Getting turned down by a human is bad enough, but a computer telling you you aren't a personality or workplace fit is ridiculous. This is especially true when there have never been issues on that front when I talk to a human.
I had to complete an automated "personality" test, which was divided into two parts.
The first part presented a workplace situation concerning team or project management. I was given four options and had to select the most and least effective ones.
For the second part, I was given groupings of four qualities. I had to rank these from "most like me" to "least like me," and I couldn't assign the same rank to multiple attributes.
