Pros: Interesting domain leads to an interesting daily life, solving some fun but hard problems. Super nice people all around, and they are super smart too. Well-established team structure ensures people work in small teams while still being coordinated across the company. Lots of fun, optional social events, and interesting discussions/talks. And did I mention catered lunch and dinner every day?

Cons: Not enough people. There is a lot to do, and not enough people to do it. So some people are spread thin. Lots of new initiatives, so efforts can feel a bit diluted. Given the domain we work in, things change fast, and sometimes it feels like things are moving too fast. It can get hard to focus.

Pros: - Great pay, very competitive for new graduate software engineers. - Learn a lot, especially as crypto and the company itself expands (fast-paced). - Personally, smart people and great teammates. - Learn a lot more about crypto & engineering practices. - The company as a whole is ambitious; the work is exciting.

Cons: - Work-life balance may be an issue (very team dependent). - Company growth may cause WLB issues, but this might be temporary as the company "fully matures more."

Pros: Interview Process - Tailored interview process for specific roles. I interviewed for a senior front-end role and was tested on practical skills pertaining to my role rather than brain teasers, etc. - Folks are constantly iterating on the interview process to make sure the candidates have a great experience. Engineering - Very inclusive and collaborative engineering mindset. Members of other teams are happy and willing to get together and help with anything. - Immense focus on reducing duplicate efforts and code sharing, especially now that the org is growing. - Teaching culture. Everyone is encouraged to lead code schools, and there are weekly talks by external speakers (technical and non-technical). - Tons of support and encouragement from other engineering teams to lead initiatives. General Culture - Very authentic and humble people. - Everyone, especially leadership, is bought into the mission of creating an open financial system for the world, and it shows in day-to-day interactions and decisions. - Immense focus on creating a diverse work environment with varying perspectives. - Transparency. Weekly AMAs (Ask Me Anything) hosted by leadership across all orgs. Benefits - Awesome benefits: meals, commuter benefits, 401k, medical, developmental budget, etc.

Cons: Growing pains, as with any company growing quickly. However, proactive initiatives are constantly put in place to mitigate many of these.
