I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. It took a month before my phone screen was scheduled because they were figuring out headcount. It took a week after the phone screen before they decided to invite me to on-site.
The on-site was interesting; there were no LeetCode questions; it was focused on practical coding. Two 90-minute rounds of coding up something from scratch and demonstrating your object-oriented and/or functional programming ability. There was also a project deep dive and some domain knowledge testing, as well as a behavioral round. I was contacted a few days later with an offer, and I accepted.
