HR was great for scheduling interviews.
The interview process included:
- One phone screen
- Two onsite interviews
The phone screen was technical, featuring interesting problems and general discussion about Coinbase. The two onsite interviews were with early engineers. However, these onsite interviews felt unprofessional; the interviewers were on Slack the entire time and showed no interest in engaging in conversation or asking questions. I had high hopes for my Coinbase interview, having heard great things, so this experience was a total shock.
