The recruiter reached out for availability initially and then did not reply for weeks, even after multiple pings from me as well as the Coinbase employee who referred me. When they finally did reply, they set up a 30-minute call and sent a Codesignal link and Coinsights link during the call. They mentioned that these had to be completed within the next three days, which happened to be the long weekend. No questions about my availability were asked.

I still managed to complete the Coinsights assessment. Right before I was about to take the Codesignal test, I received an auto-reply stating that my candidacy was no longer considered, without any further explanation.

Overall, I felt there was very poor communication and a lack of clarity from the recruiter. If my profile wasn't a good match, the recruiter should have been upfront about it.
