Process
I was referred to a recruiter through several past and current employees, in addition to applying online. The recruiter was always extremely slow to respond, and it didn't seem like they valued me as a candidate. After sending in my resume to the recruiter, I swiftly received a rejection email with no explanation.
On another note, I had gone to some Coinbase events before this, and several employees said I was an ideal intern candidate (lots of crypto interest and experience).
I really wanted to intern here and it simply feels like I didn't receive a fair chance to showcase my interest and skills.
