My experience interviewing with Coinbase was incredibly frustrating. After completing the cognitive ability and cultural fit assessments, I spoke with a recruiter who asked about my background and experience.

Later, I was given a CodeSignal assessment, but I couldn’t finish it due to CodeSignal’s restriction of only allowing two attempts in the last 180 days. I informed the recruiter about this issue, but instead of offering any help, they simply rejected me.

I’ve decided never to interview with Coinbase again. Their recruiters were unhelpful and arrogant, and seemed to rely solely on CodeSignal without using any judgment.
