Process
The first step was a work-style assessment with CCAT questions and value-based questions. After passing this, they sent me an online coding assessment via CodeSignal, which asked me to implement a banking system with different functionalities. These functionalities were in increasing levels of difficulty, with a total of 4 levels. I was only able to finish 2 levels, earning 400 points. You can only unlock the next level if you clear the current one.
I received an email from the recruiter stating they are not proceeding with my candidacy. If I had passed, I would have had 3 more interviews: 2 coding interviews and 1 behavioral interview. The recruiter mentioned there would be no system design interviews.
