Culture in the India site is horrible.
Be prepared to work 24/7. The leadership in India plays games, politics, and nepotism. The site is now in a state of devastation, and everything is falling apart.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the reason for a certain sudden transfer is the end of the Indian site for good.
Run if you can.
