Fantastic learning opportunities. Really enjoy interacting with the senior engineering team.
Long hours, sometimes difficult reports, high turnover.
Basic phone screen, then a lot of rounds begin: 1. Coding problem - LC medium problem. Anyone that did some LC problems can solve this. The interviewer for this part, if it is the same for everyone, is a VERY nice guy. 2. Behavior with Management
Their recruiting people don't seem to be able to keep track of what is going on, resulting in me showing up at the wrong address, not having the people I was supposed to talk to present, surprising me on the day by being pigeonholed into interviewing
After an initial and very generic interview with HR, I was asked to take a 45-minute quiz. This was a major turn-off right away. Spending 45 minutes without even talking to a live engineer is a lot to ask. Since it was pretty early in my interviewing
