• Everyone is a genius, especially on engineering.
• Everyone is super passionate about crypto.
• Industry leaders are always coming in to talk.
• Coinbase is at the center of the crypto universe.
• Lots of adrenaline.
• Tons of social events; easy to meet people and make friends.
• Tons to learn.

• Can't go to a party without spending at least 45 minutes explaining crypto if I mention where I work.
• Not great diversity, but the company cares and is trying to correct it.
• Pay is only average/low, especially compared to Uber, Lyft, Facebook, or Google.
• No 401(k) matching.
• Stuff breaks a lot, so on-call can be stressful depending on the team.
• All male management.

Increase compensation. Consider pay for performance. Do more diversity sourcing and outreach. Don't underpay, especially minorities.
