Avoid India site
Exposure to a sunrise industry. Decent talent.
The India site was set up badly by the first site leader. This leader realized this, ran away to the US, and almost forgot the site after that. The site has little support, so many are unhappy, and many have left already. Some false promises were made. Two L8s also left now. Run away from the India site, even if you are offered diamonds.
Live company values first before preaching. Either support the India site fully or close it, but don't casually spoil careers.
