Mission-driven organization. As a new employee, I have been able to work on high-impact/visibility projects from day 1. The leadership team is very transparent and hands-on. Overall, a very positive outlook and experience.
It can be hard to balance work and personal life when starting out, but I'm optimistic it will get easier with time.
