Pretty intensive. Had a phone interview, took assessment tests remotely, then was called for a face-to-face interview. There were 40 others in the room and I was asked individually different scenarios and how I would handle them. Had a 30-minute break and they let about 25 leave. The rest they interviewed individually. They asked scenario questions, such as, "What was a situation where you overcame an objection?" I was called 3 days later and hired.
Will you get bored with this, as you have never been an agent and there is no travel or out-of-office responsibilities?
