Pros

Great benefits – free cable, basically. My bill was around $30 a month for everything.

Cons

Low pay. Terrible trainer for 8 weeks. Too rigid and not flexible. Lots of turnover.

Advice to Management

Work with the call center agents and listen to them more.

They are adults but are treated like children.
