Lead Software Engineer Interview Experience - Washington, District of Columbia

Onsite interview in six panels.

Everyone asked technical programming questions. I had about six questions on the whiteboard. Their interview level was on par with Google.

Google gives better bonus salary and perks for its employees. Comcast pays $125k for a lead position, which is nowhere close to Google or Amazon. I think the ML/NLP team at Comcast in DC is living in a delusion.

Newsflash for you: "You are not Google."

It’s been more than a week or so, and I haven’t heard back from them. They are extremely lazy. Meanwhile, I got a better offer from another company with whom I had interviewed a day before Comcast. Their response time was two days.
