Overall, I wasn't very impressed by the interviewer nor the process. What was supposed to be an interview with the manager and at least two other employees turned out to be just with the manager, as the employees were unable to make it for one reason or another.
The entire time during the interview, the manager was actively looking at his phone and extremely distracted, making it very difficult to actually have a dialogue with the individual.
After the interview, it took nearly two weeks before the recruiting firm was able to get an answer back from the manager on his thoughts from the interview.
Due to the unprofessional nature of this individual, I have actively steered clear of all opportunities with this group, as I feel that it's endemic of a larger culture problem with this group.
I received several questions to describe their open-sourced video CDN platform.
