Post-interviews, I received a verbal job offer. Unfortunately, the offer was later rescinded because the company didn't check whether I met their internal visa duration regulations before initiating the interviews.
Despite providing alternative visa options, the legal team's rejection led to the withdrawal of the offer. This oversight could have been avoided with a pre-interview verification of visa qualifications.
