Software Engineer I Interview Experience - Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Process

First, there was a phone call with a recruiter, then another phone call with a manager, and finally an on-site interview.

The phone screens went pretty well, but when it came to the on-site, things started to go downhill. The people I was interviewing with constantly talked over me about random work-related things during my interview. Also, the people asking me questions kept mumbling, so the questions they were asking had to be repeated a few times to make sure I understood what was going on.

Overall, the interview process was very easy.
