- Management is very understanding.
- There is no pressure to work while on vacation.
- Culture of learning from mistakes rather than punishing people.
Cons: HR takes forever to do anything.
Almost no ability to work from home.
C-level management doesn't seem to hear or care.

Cons: Pay is decent, but they are slow to adjust to inflation.
