Love the management, dislike the HR and C-level managers
- Work environment is great.
- Management is very understanding.
- There is no pressure to work while on vacation.
- Culture of learning from mistakes rather than punishing people.
HR takes forever to do anything. Almost no ability to work from home. C-level management doesn't seem to hear or care.
