Process

Comcast is very, very slow.

I applied in November 2015 and got a reply in Feb 2016, and that too when I gave a reference from my colleague.

Then they mailed me to fill a survey form. The moment I filled that I require sponsorship in the future, they mailed me saying, "Sorry, we have considered other candidates."

I believe this company is damn racist!

Questions

Did you have a car to get to work whenever we asked? Damn, that's crazy.

Pros: - Good learning experience. - Lots of people around to mentor you. - Nice office if you work in CTC. - Reasonable hours - lots of people leave around 4:15 to catch the train.

Cons: - Very dependent on which team you land on. - Sociopathic leadership at times. - Dumb corporate meetings. - Constant reorganizations that make it hard to build strong teams.
