The process started out with a 15-minute phone screen with a recruiter. Qualifications were discussed, along with a high-level overview of the role, and it concluded with the recruiter answering any questions I had.
The second round of the process was with the team lead and the PO. The role and my qualifications were discussed more in-depth, from a technical perspective.
The third round of the process was a team interview with 3 devs and one QA. This was the technical interview and included questions about software development practices, Java, and QA. Nothing too specific, and all answers were verbal; no code or pseudo-code was requested.
