Pros: Work/life balance – but it depends on the organization and the individual style of a manager. Some get lucky; some don’t. Great coworkers.

Cons: Mandatory return to office. For many engineers working with international teams, this makes no sense. It’s a blow to productivity. While there are plenty of “we listen” campaigns, in truth, the Executive Leadership does not care about feedback and pushes its own agenda.
