It is a great company to work for when it comes to getting exposure to new technologies.
However, Comcast has a culture similar to that of nepotism.
The culture of the company comes down, not up. When you create a work environment that requires you to spend more time watching your back instead of doing your job, it is a recipe for failure. However, I still think the company is a good place to work.
