Great pay, good benefits, and the co-workers are great. Hours are decent. Vacation time, holidays, and flextime are excellent. Some overtime is available.
Customers are extremely rude and irate 90% of the time. Very disorganized. Overtime is sometimes mandatory for less senior staff.
