Pros

Low-cost Comcast services and health benefits are good.

Cons

Leading by confusion on everything leaves only the lowest being accountable and inheriting responsibility when managers foul up and confuse, which is their leadership style.

They never want to improve their operations. They talk about improving all the time, but that is just so they can report that they are trying to improve, but they never do.

Advice to Management

When managers are shamelessly irresponsible managing the work environment and only look to protect themselves at the expense of their subordinates, what can you say to them?
