Pros

The perks: low-priced cable, internet, and home security.

Cons

Training is terrible. Comcast call centers don't train on daily work duties and company standards. They will set each new hire up for termination.

Advice to Management

Management is poor and hardly ever there. In-house managers were being trained after my training was over.
