Good benefits, great commission plus hourly pay. Good atmosphere among employees and a range of shifts that you're able to work.
They want you to do everyone's job for the lowest pay. It's not very flexible once you get set in a shift, no matter the circumstances. Upselling is a must, though they don't tell you that throughout the interview process. It's very by the book, unless, of course, they like you.
Fairness is everything. Favoritism should not be in the workplace. Everyone has the same job description, so everyone should be held accountable for the same things.
