Many cons exist, but it changes based on the team.
Overall, a con is their HR team process.
The HR team is good, but their process lags for a product company.
I guess the HR team has contract members. I always felt someone wasn't considering the referral and was taking it to some consultancy to make money, but I'm not sure.
Salaries are really bad for old joiners.
Could make the referral process easier.
