I worked there less than a year at their Chennai offshore location, and I'll have to say that it was a nightmare of an experience.
Firstly, there is a lot of micromanagement happening at the project manager level, which can be ridiculously frustrating for anyone.
Having said that, the work-life balance is pretty bad there, and often times people are expected to deliver things in unrealistic timelines.
This is mainly because you are expected to do a lot more things in and around as part of the deliverables, and there are simply too many of these little but frustrating processes in place.
Work-life here might work out for unmarried people.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is married, especially women.
Too much politics and the onshore-offshore model is a big failure.
Simplify the processes around product delivery.
Take corrective actions on people who are technically and professionally incapable. They make lives of other resources in the team, especially leads like me, tough. It's okay to give chances to underperformers, but when it's repetitive and the other members in the team are getting affected due to that, it's really, really bad.
Regulate the contractor's politics in Philadelphia. They are undermining the entire company for their survival.
