Decent pay, but low pay when compared to other product companies.
Frequent technology change. Treating experienced employees as freshers. No work from home. (If you take work from home, then your manager will set up a meeting.) Prorated hike. (I got only 3%; this is my lowest hike in my career.) No proper communication between onsite and offshore. Maximum of the projects are maintenance projects. No onsite visits; only managers will visit.
Middle-level managers are behaving like a service-based company. Please teach them basic ethics.
Most of the managers are from Infosys, so they are following the same practices here as well.
